For Livestock, Horse Show, Harness Race and Tractor Pull Exhibitors: please be prepared to fill out a W-9 form as this is required this year to enter the 2010 fair.  (You can bring one that has been filled out ahead of time.)  If you are only entering classes with a top prize of $5 we do not need to know your social security number or have a W-9 form.  We do need this information for classes where it is possible for an exhibitor to have total winnings of $600 or more as we are required by the IRS to report such winnings on 1099 forms.

For Harness Race, be sure we have a good address and W-9 when you enter.  Due to scheduling changes this year, winning checks will be mailed if you cannot come to the office to pick up your check the Friday after the race.  They will not be available to be handed out at the time of winning.
