After careful thought and deliberation for the well-being of our fair volunteers, vendors, and patrons, and due to the recent regulations set by Governor Pritzker and seeking guidance from the CUPDH, it’s with great sadness that we announce this year’s Champaign County Fair (July 23–Aug 1, 2020) has been cancelled. 4-H Exhibits will be held digitally, and The Beach Boys concert has be rescheduled to next year, July 2021.
The fair board and staff, who put their blood, sweat, tears, and love into the fair—and we are as heartbroken as you are. Please respect those who work hard to make the fair a reality every year and refrain from negativity during this time. We are also mourning the loss of our favorite 9 days of summer, and missing the friendships that will have to be put on hold until next year. We would like to thank our volunteers, and the entertainment, food, retail, and carnival vendors, for their understanding. We hope to see you all next year when Champaign County Fair will return stronger than ever.

The Billy Currington concert has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled for next year.
REFUND POLICY
For all ticket holders to The Beach Boys show. You have 2 options:
1. You can hold on to your tickets for the 2021 date. No further action is needed.
2. Request a refund. Refund request will be accepted through June 23rd. Please send an email to [email protected] BEFORE June 24 and request a refund. Please include: purchaser name, email, phone number and order number (if available) in the request. Refunds will be processed 14 days after request is received.

Tickets for this show will be automatically refunded. No action is needed on your part.
On June 9th, all current ticketholders were sent an email from Eventsprout, our ticketing company, detailing the refund instructions above. The Champaign County Fair is not responsible for refunds to customers who purchased tickets through another resale platform, i.e. Ticketmaster, StubHub, Facebook Marketplace, etc., and these customers will need to seek refund information from that resale platform or distribution partner. The Champaign County Fair reserves the right to deny refunds to anyone who does not provide valid information (see line 2 from instructions) when requesting a refund.
FOOD & COMMERCIAL VENDORS
Food and Commercial Vendors should have received a phone call from a Board Member on June 4th. If further information is needed or to request a refund for your rental payment, please contact the Fair Office.
